Brian Schwartze is the Wide Receivers and Defensive Backs Coach for the Chicago Rush of the Arena Football League. The Arena Football League has developed multiple NFL players and can be seen Sundays on NBC February through June.

Before making the jump to the professional level, Schwartze amassed eight years of recruiting experience. Schwartze has recruited at the NCAA Division IAA, II, NAIA, and Junior College levels. Schwartze has twice served as a Recruiting Coordinator. In addition, he has worked as an Assistant Director of Admissions and a College Orientation Professor.

Schwartze has recruited a variety of student-athletes from rural towns to inner cities, in most every state from coast to coast. He has extensive recruiting experience in Missouri, Iowa, Illinois, Kansas, Washington, Florida, California, and Mississippi.

Schwartze has been extremely fortunate to learn from some of the most outstanding coaches in the country. While working for five different head coaches, Schwartze has never had a losing season and has been a part of 103 wins and only 39 losses to date.
Schwartze attended Central Methodist College where he started on both the foootball and baseball teams. While at CMC, Schwartze earned six varsity letters, was a three time Academic All-American selection in football, and graduated Cum Laude with a degree in Health and Physical Education. Schwartze received a Masters Degree from Northwest Missouri State University (3.9/4.0 GPA) in Physical Education with an emphasis in Athletic Administration.
